Lotus Blossom Stars in Netflix’s "We Can Be Heroes"!

New film “WE CAN BE HEROES” - Releasing on Netflix on Christmas Day, 2020

How did you get into acting?

Growing up, I watched my dad, Ernie Reyes Jr, in his movies like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Surf Ninjas, and The Rundown, and always wanted to be just like him and follow in his footsteps. He’s such an inspiration to me.

We are so excited to see We Can Be Heroes. What can you tell me about the film and your role?

We Can Be Heroes is a fun, action-packed movie about when the world’s superheroes are captured and their kids have to learn to work together and control their powers to save their parents and the world from an alien invasion! I play the character Acapella. Acappella’s superpower is her singing voice, which she can use to move objects and people.

What is your favorite thing to do off camera in your free time?

I’ve been enjoying learning to play the bass and I am currently learning to play my first song, Hey Joe by Jimi Hendrix.

We LOVE your style! What are your favorite places to shop, and what are your staple pieces?

Thank you so much! I love searching for unique pieces at thrift shops and also going to vintage stores. One of my favorite pieces are my skirts. They are so fun and can be styled so many different ways! Platform shoes have also been another one of my latest crazes.

What are your New Year's resolutions for 2021?

Two of my New Year's resolutions are to do more reading and drawing. I got to do a lot of drawing when working on We Can Be Heroes and I’d love to do more of that on my own time.
