A Musical Adventure - Fashion Academy The Musical

Today we had a great “mommy-daughter-plus her BFF time” attending The Fashion Academy The Musical! This musical is based on Sheryl Berk’s book Fashion Academy. It’s about friendship; family; finding yourself and of course the love for fashion and remaining true to yourself! Ava and her best friend Kaylie definitely enjoyed the songs and acting of Mickey, JC and Madonna, the puppy’s character! They were fun, spunky, and hip characters that portrayed great friendship, believing in yourself, and believing in your dreams and your visions! Going backstage and getting the actors/actresses autographs and take pictures with them was the best part!

How did we get these tickets?? We were very fortunate and lucky that Ava won tickets to see this musical by making a wish at an East Coast Starz fashion event, (hosted by Stacie Fitzgerald and Lauren handler) Pink Wishes Party. This is where all the models and fashionistas make a wish and enjoyed an evening dress in pink, soirée with some princesses, and satisfy their sweet tooth with cute and sugary delights from the candy bar! Ava’s wish was to see the Fashion Academy the Musical along with her best best friend Kaylie! And who knew …we won!
